2016 has flown by! At least that’s how I feel about it. I almost can’t believe it’s over.
I’m grateful for amazing moments and challenging growing pains throughout this year. I’m grateful for many firsts and for deepened relationships and new turns in this journey through life.
I started 2016 with a word and a quote. My word was “focus” and my quote was “Don’t quit your daydream.”
This is my daydream and has been for many years. In March of 2016, by the grace of God and with the help and encouragement of my supportive and gracious husband, Natalie Fuschi Photography became my full time job. My thing. My daydream became my daily reality.
This was a momentous decision in my life and in this business and I am so thankful for this huge change! This year, I photographed a my first proposal at The Peabody Hotel and it was lovely. I photographed in client’s gorgeous homes, their babies cooing and wiggling. I had the opportunity to document a beautiful birth at Methodist Germantown Hospital. I photographed families, in both documentary, real-life style, as well as pretty, framed-above-the-mantle style at various locations around Memphis, from midtown to Collierville to Arlington. I photographed two gorgeous weddings and lots of love. I photographed invitations and stationery from Olivia Louise Shop. I read Make It Happen by Lara Casey which transformed my thinking and goal setting (and plan to read it again in 2017). I photographed high school seniors and captured their personalities and excitement for their next chapters in life. I hosted my first workshop at the Collierville Library which was exciting and nerve-wracking! I photographed sweet families in my styled Christmas shoot: Merry & Bright Mini Sessions. I had a booth at the Hope Market and met many new friends and clients there! I captured giggles and snuggles. I chased toddlers with my camera and I made goofy faces for some of the cutest smiles that you ever did see. I grew as a person. I grew as a business owner. I grew as a photographer.
I am so thankful for 2016. I can’t wait to show you what Natalie Fuschi Photography has in store for you in 2017! And I can’t wait to see what God has planned for us in the new year! And now, onto the photos. Some of my favorites from this year. It was HARD to narrow this down. I seriously have the cutest clients around.
T H A N K Y O U.
Thank you to my husband, our family, and friends for your encouragement throughout this year. Thank you to my clients, for your support and for believing in me.
Here's to 2017! Happy New Year!
